 Licence Fees

BJC policy is that all students must hold a valid BJC licence to participate in Judo. New starters may take out a Provisional Licence, which costs £6 - including insurance cover and is valid for 3 months. Thereafter if the students wishes to continue with the sport, he/she must apply for a full licence. The full licence then allows the students to take part in competitions and gradings. Whilst we take every care to ensure the safety of members, judo is, after all, both a martial art and a physical contact sport and it is therefore important that the student is properly licenced and insured.

BJC Full Licence costs as from 1st September 2009:

Junior Full New Member £22.00 plus £3.00 insurance = £25.00 total (The cost of the provisional licence will be deducted when applying for a full licence)
Senior Full New Member £27.00 plus £3.00 insurance = £30.00 total (The cost of the provisional licence will be deducted when applying for a full licence)
Junior Renewals £19.00 plus £3.00 insurance = £22.00 total
Senior Renewals £22.00 plus £3.00 insurance = £25.00 total
